APLEX COURIER SERVICES services the Metroplex and North Texas area since 1997. Having successfully transitioned from a previous service oriented business Aplex Medical Supply, I will capitalize on the same business principles, that being a thorough, top down commitment to customer service and a strong management team that has a breadth of experience to understand the needs of our customers and drive operations to meet your needs.

 

Personnel and Delivery

 

The key factors in our service delivering are our methods of selecting and training our employees. All delivering personnel will always be dressed in professional company oriented uniforms, which will be appropriate attire for any “front door” delivery. Our management team is constantly trained and updated on the latest Human Resources policies and procedures. All APLEX employees will be empowered and expected to do whatever is required to resolve any issue involving our customer’s needs and satisfaction. Our success is no more complicated than that, we will do it one customer at a time, every day.
